Southfield Mezzanine Announces Investment in APS Environmental Group
GREENWICH, Conn., September 2026 - We are pleased to announce that Southfield Mezzanine has made a unitranche debt and equity investment to support RedCloud Capital’s acquisition of APS Environmental Group (“APS”). Tecum Capital participated alongside Southfield in the transaction.
Based in Bedford, NH, APS is a growing provider of environmental testing, inspection, consulting, and abatement services throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 2019, APS has grown from a single-operator practice into a multi-state platform serving restoration firms, insurance carriers, and general contractors.
