Southfield Mezzanine Announces Investment in Total Access Elevator
GREENWICH, Conn., April 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Southfield Mezzanine has made a unitranche debt and equity investment to support Century Park Capital Partners’ acquisition of Total Access Elevator, LLC (the “Company”). Gladstone Capital participated alongside Southfield in the transaction.
Based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, the Company provides elevator modernization, maintenance, and repair services in the greater Los Angeles Area. The Company caters to a wide array of customers including multi-family residential buildings, corporate HQ’s, office buildings, campus environments, and others. Southfield is excited to partner again with Century Park Capital Partners, a sponsor bringing extensive experience in the technical business services space that will help the Company expand its market reach and broaden its service offerings.
